Green Factories at the Provincial Level, Means that an enterprise that wants to become a green factory should meet the following conditions

(1) Registered within the jurisdiction of this Municipality and having the status of an independent legal person.

(II) Comply with relevant laws, regulations, policies and standards during construction and production; make commitments to the environmental requirements of stakeholders and meet the commitment requirements.

(3) It has a good economic and technological foundation and economic benefits, and has a strong competitive advantage in the same industry in the city.

(4) No major safety, environment or quality accidents have occurred in the past three years (including less than three years of establishment).

(5) All management systems (including but not limited to the energy metering management system, equipment and facilities management system, procurement system, safety and environmental protection system and product ecological design system, etc.) shall be sound and well implemented.

(6) In addition, the indicators of intensive land use, harmless raw materials, clean production, waste recycling and low-carbon energy in the previous year were at the advanced level of the city.

(7) The environmental management system, occupational health and safety management system, quality management system and energy management system are sound.

(8) Other indicators shall meet the basic requirements of the General Rules for the Evaluation of Green Factories (GB / T36132-2018)
